The Restoration System
How the System Goes Down
SilverCrest RC is a two-pass, fluid-applied system built around a pure polyurea base membrane and a reflective silicone-class topcoat. The base coat does the structural work — bridging seams, encapsulating fasteners, absorbing panel movement. The topcoat takes the UV and sheds water for decades.
A typical 10,000 sq ft standing seam roof runs like this: wash day one, detail and spray the base membrane day two, topcoat day three. Because the membrane is tack-free in seconds, crews walk the fresh film almost immediately and weather risk between coats is minimal. At roughly 80 sq ft per gallon per 20-mil pass, material math is simple enough to quote from a satellite measurement.
